Luigina Di Profio

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Luigina Di Profio, on March 11, 2024 at the age of 91.

Luigina was married to the love of her life, Lauro for 61 years. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother and will be forever loved by her dear children, Sandra (Ben) and Eric. Cherished Nonna to Gianluca, Rico and Jessica.

Luigina was loved and adored by so many. Her gentle smile, laughter and love of family will be missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those who had the pleasure of knowing her.

A heartfelt gratitude is extended to the compassionate and caring staff at Villa Colombo 4^th and 5^th floor.

Family and friends are welcome to Ward Funeral Home, Weston Chapel, 2035 Weston Road, Toronto, Ontario on Friday, March 15th from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 6:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at 10:00am at St. Philip Neri Roman Catholic Church located at 2100 Jane Street. Entombment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery.

In memory of Luigina, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada.
