Luigia Battiston ( nee DelBel Belluz)

Battiston (nee Del Bel Belluz), Luigia passed away peacefully at the age of 94, on Saturday, December 9, 2017 . Born in Praturlone, Italy. She is predeceased by her loving husband Giovanni (1981). She was the loving mother of Diego (Joyce), Bruno (Rosemary), Denis (Lisa), and cherished nonna to Daniel, Adrian (Monica), Christine (Mike), Nicholas, Marla (Drew), Kyle (Alejandra), Emma (Ryan), and the late Rachel. She will forever be in the hearts of her great-grandchildren Luca, Matteo, Alyssa, Julia, Adam, Christopher, Ava, Lily, Emilia, Finn, Frances and Oliver. Loving sister of Dina, and Maria. Predeceased by her sisters Delfina, and Giovannina, and by brothers Livio, Elfio, Primo, Secondo, and Terzo. She will always be treasured in the hearts of family and friends.
The family is forever grateful to the nurses, PSW, staff and volunteers for the four plus years of exceptional care provided at Villa Leonardo Gambin. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Parkinson Foundation or World Vision would be appreciated by the family.
