It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Luigi (Gino) Ciarmela.
Gino passed away peacefully on December 15,2022, in his 58th year, surrounded by his loving family. He is now reunited with his father Domenico Ciarmela.

Cherished son of Teresa Ciarmela. Loving brother of Maria Schettini (Pino) & Ozzie Ciarmela (Adriana).

He will be lovingly remembered by his nieces & nephew Lucy (Jack), Melissa (Simone), Teresa (Joseph), Amanda (Joseph) & Alex as well his great nieces and nephews Emma, Anthony, Gianluca, Vincent, Julia, Cecilia, Alida & Marc-Anthony. He will be sadly missed by countless family & friends.

Memories of his happy spirit, quick wit and sharp one-liners will forever fill our hearts with warmth and fondness.

Gino was a graphic designer, graduating from OCAD in 1987 having been awarded several scholarships and accolades. He was a highly detailed artist respected for his vision and creativity.

He will always be remembered for his love of trains, bicycles and the collection of art that he created, collected and shared with those he loved.

Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home (4671 Hwy 7, Woodbridge) on Sunday December 18, 2022, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Ward Funeral Home 4671 Hwy 7, Woodbridge) on December 19, 2022, at 11 a.m. Entombment to follow.
