COATES, Lorne Austin - Passed away peacefully on Saturday October 24, 2009 in Mississauga at the age of 94 years. Beloved husband of Theresa and loving father of Patricia (Art Rush). Proud Stepfather to Robert, Steven, John and Mark and their wives. Adored Grampa to ten grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Lorne was predeceased by his son Garry and two grandchildren Ronald and Bonnie. Lorne was a volunteer firefighter and organized card games at the legion. Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home "Brampton Chapel", 52 Main Street South (Hwy. 10), Brampton on Monday October 26th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, October 27th in the chapel.
