Lois Smith

Passed away at Leisureworld Mississauga on Dec 20, 2014, Lois in her 81st year, beloved wife of the late Alvin Smith. Born on July 26, 1934 in Roseville, Prince Edward Island, she was the daughter of the late John and Mildred (McInnis) Thomson.
Devoted mother to Barbara (Shannon) Crowell, David, Wayne and Lois Anne ( Les) Bellon.
Cherished Grandmother to Ryan (Tylneil) Crowell, Brandon and Lindsey Bellon.
Dear Sister to Leith (Esther) Thomson, Don (Shirley) Thomson, Ruth (Thane) Cousins. Sister-In-Law to Marion Thomson, Miriam Thomson, Rosalie Bonnell and Howard Smith.
Predeceased by her parents John and Mildred (McInnis) Thomson, husband Alvin, sister Ruby Palmer, brothers Kenneth, Bert, and three brothers in infancy. Brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws Rowena (Eugene) Brannen, Hersey (Izena) Smith, Alfretta (Mel) Atkinson, Leonard (Melvina) Smith, Inez (Earl) Plester, Jack Smith, Alfred Bonnell, Kathleen Smith and James Palmer.
Lois will be dearly missed by her many nieces, nephews and friends.
Friends may visit at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (2 lights North of Lawrence) on Tuesday from 12:00 noon until service time in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Sanctuary Park Cemetery.
