Lois Mary Richardson, 89 years old, passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital, Sunday March 25, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Raymond George Richardson. Loving step-mother of Randy (deceased) and Carl (Susan). Cherished grandmother to Jennifer (Carl Torode). Predeceased by brothers Donald and John, and survived by siblings Anne, Helen (Al) and Bruce. Lois will be missed by her great granddaughter and many nieces and nephews. Lois will always be remembered for her cheerful presence, warmth, and care for her family. A Celebration of Lois’ life will be held at the Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville, on Sunday April 29, 2018, at 2:00 p.m., with visitation being held from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations in Lois’ memory can be made to the Oakville Humane Society and the Alzheimer’s Society. The family would like to express special gratitude to her many loving friends who helped enhance her life throughout the years.
