Passed away peacefully at home on November 22, 2017. Loving wife of Brian for over 25 years. Dear Mom of Emmett, Dennis and Hannah. Beloved daughter of the late Jack and Liz Hermanus. Will be sadly missed by May and Lina Boehnke.

At Lisa's request, please wear vibrant clothing to the visitation and funeral.

Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home “Brampton Chapel”, 52 Main Street South (Hwy 10), Brampton on Wednesday November 29, 2017 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday November 30, 2017 at 10:30 am.
Cremation to follow.
