WELDON, Lindsay Susan Mabel

Passed away on March 25, 2014 after a courageous battle. Beloved daughter and best friend of Julie and Randy. Lindsay will now be reunited with her grandparents, Grandma and Grandpa Tomlinson and Grandpa Weldon. She will be missed by many family and friends including her cherished cat Casper. She is now a sparkling star shining down on us. The family would like to thank the dedicated doctors and staff in ward 5B and the ICU at the Toronto Western Hospital
