Linda Sharon Pyper

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Linda Sharon Pyper on January 17th, 2025 at the age of 77 after a courageous battle with Creutzfeldt–Jakob disease. Linda truly knew what it was to help others and will be remembered for her many friends and family she was there for at their worst times. Her radiant smile lit up any room she entered, and she knew how make others around her laugh. And she will of course be remembered for her love of dancing. 

She is survived by her husband James Pyper, her children James Pyper Jr. and Christopher Pyper, and her large group of wonderful friends. She is predeceased by her father William (Willy) Way veteran of WWII (2nd medium regiment RCA), her mother Dora Way, her brother David Way, her uncles Alexander (Unc-Ah-Dunc) Duncan and Jim Schaeffer veteran of Korea, aunt May Way, best friend Louise Mackay, and dogs Pepper and Jasper. 

As per her wishes we are to wait a few months and then have a proper celebration of life party with lots of food, music, and dancing.
