Linda Richert

In loving memory of Linda Mildred Richert who passed away suddenly on April 4, 2025 at Humber River Regional Hospital in Toronto at the age of 80. Linda was born in Sault St Marie on September 21, 1944 to Verna and Edward Yates.

Linda is predeceased by her husband Dennis and will be greatly missed by children Susan, Verna (David), Carole-Anne (Clayton), Cathy, and Jordan.

Loving sister to Carole, Jackie, James, Mary (predeceased), Katherine, and Lorna. Also a proud grandmother to Jo-Anne, James, Andrew, Scott, Maxwell, Dennis and Noah. She is great-grandmother to 17 and counting and a loving Aunt to many. She was happy to be part of and contribute to a large loving family.

Linda’s favourite pastime was reading. At the time of her passing she had 4 Danielle Steel books loaded in her library app ready to start to read the day she sadly didn’t get up.

She is loved by many and is missed.
