Lidio Iacobelli

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Lidio on Holy Saturday, April 15, 2017 at the age of 87. Devoted husband of Elena of 64 wonderful years. Proud father of Celeste (Mary), Silvana (Fausto Palombo) and Antonietta (Paul Berze). Cherished Nonno of Andrew (Alexandria), Alessandra (John Sollazzo), Christina (Peter Tanev), Lauren, David (Stephanie), Adam, Eric and Katherine. Loving “Bis Nonno” of Adrian, James, Lia, Emma, Luke and Mia. We were blessed to have had such a wonderful father. The life that he led and the care and love that he showed to his wife as she struggles with her debilitating condition is an example for all of us and will continue to both guide and comfort us. A special acknowledgment of appreciation to his caregivers, especially Elsie Palenzuela and her family who cared and comforted him throughout.
