With profound sadness we announce the passing of our dearest Lidia Chivilo. Passed away peacefully at Richview Manor on Thursday, January 4, 2024.
Dear wife of the late Angelo Chivilo. Devoted mother of Claudia (John), Carlo (Diana) & Leslie (Espo). Cherished grandmother of Cassandra (Oliver), Michael (Katharine), Marc (Victoria), Lauren, Elise, Anthony & Sienna. Proud great grandmother of Thomas, Ella & Hannah. She will be lovingly remembered by her extended family. Loving sister of the late Maria (late Romano), late Elia (Pierina) & Liliana (Bruno).
Lidia’s family will remember her as a pillar of strength, a source of unwavering love, and a woman who always put the needs of others first. Her grace, humility, joyfulness, & genuine kindness touched the lives of everyone she met. Her legacy of love, & compassion will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
Lidia’s kindness extended beyond her family to all living creatures, her love of animals & the bond she had with them was extraordinary. She was often called the dog whisperer.
She was a beacon of light for all of her family. She will be greatly missed.
