Passed away at home with his wife by his side on Saturday January 8th,
2022 at the age of 74. Devoted husband of Maria of 52 wonderful
years. Proud father of Alina (Charles), Joe (Alison) and Leonard (Lisa).
Cherished Nonno of Jessica, Bianca, Angelina, Olivia, Gemma and Leo.
Dear brother of Salvatore (Concettina) and Sara (Pasquale). Leonardo
will be sadly missed by his many family and friends.

He will be fondly remembered for his love of all of his family, nothing
would bring a smile to his face more than his grandkids. Leonardo
enjoyed soccer, espresso and a glass of red wine while talking with
friends. He will be remembered for his passion for his home country,
which he left behind at age 20 to build a new life.

Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 4671
Hwy 7, Woodbridge (just west of Pine Valley Dr.) on Wednesday from
4-6 and 7-9 p.m. A mass will be held on Thursday January 13, 2022 at
11 a.m. at St Leonard’s Catholic Church 187 Conestoga Dr., Brampton.
Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery. As expressions of
sympathy, donations to Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
