Lena Borsella

Lena was born on July 5, 1934 in Santo Stefano, Campobasso, Italy and passed away peacefully surrounded by family on October 9, 2024 in Toronto.

Lena immigrated to Canada in 1956 where she and her husband Enzo built a wonderful life together through love, hard work, sacrifices and perseverance.

She is now reunited with her beloved Enzo, her parents (Carmine and Mariantonia) and her sister Edda.

Lena was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will be dearly missed but forever carried in the hearts of her sons John (Joanne), Luigi (Pierina), and Mario (Anna), her grandchildren Adam (Laura), Luke, Christian, Julia, Marco and Vanessa, her brother Francesco (Raffaela), along with several nieces and nephews.

For the last seven years, she received amazing care at WestPark Long Term Care Facility as she lived with dementia. The family would like to extend heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful staff at WestPark for the loving care they provided.

In lieu of flowers, donations to WestPark would be greatly appreciated.
