Passed away peacefully at home with her loving husband and son by her side.
She will be forever missed and remembered by her husband Tom and son Jason.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville on Friday, February 13th from 5-7pm with Funeral Service to follow at 7pm in the chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Princess Margaret Hospital would be appreciated.
