Sadly, Leah passed away peacefully with her parents by her side after a courageous battle with cancer. Leah continuously had smile on her face and was an inspiration to many. She will be forever loved and missed by her loving parents Frank & Krista Cardamone, her adoring brother Alberto, her grandfather Jerry Relouw and his spouse Marcia, her grandmothers Livia Cardamone, Brenda Relouw and her spouse Steve, her Uncle Ben Relouw (Maja), Zia's Jessica (Joesph) and Stefanie (James), her cousins Evan and Emma and great grandmother Lucia D'Angelo. She is resting in heaven in the arms of her grandfather Albert Cardamone. Leah's family would like to thank everyone for their love, support, and prayers over the last year, especially all the wonderful staff at Sick Kids Hospital who treated and cared for Leah. Visitation for Leah will be held on Friday September 6th between 1:00pm-3:00pm and 6:00pm-9:00pm at Ward Funeral Home 52 Main St S., Brampton Ontario. Funeral will be held on Saturday September 7th at 9:00am at St Leonard's Catholic Church 185 Conestoga Dr., Brampton ON followed by Entombment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery 7300 Highway # 27, Woodbridge ON.
