It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Laura Katherine Covello-Quattrociocchi, a beloved mother, daughter/daughter-in-law, wife, and talented aesthetician. After a courageous three-year battle with metastatic breast cancer, Laura passed away peacefully at home on June 25th 2023, surrounded by her loving family.
She is survived by her loving husband Enzo and her children Joseph, Anthony, Julia and Jessica. She is also survived by her parents Joe and Kathy, her siblings Frank and Elisa, aunts, uncles, cousins, and her beloved dog, Bear.
Born on November 5, 1969, Laura brought immense joy and laughter into the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing her. She possessed a warm and compassionate nature that instantly drew people towards her. Her radiant smile and kind-hearted spirit left an indelible mark on the hearts of everyone she encountered.
Laura was a dedicated mother and wife to her four beautiful children and an adoring husband. She cherished every moment spent with them, showering them with unconditional love, guidance, and support. Her children were her inspiration, and she instilled in them the values of empathy, perseverance, and the importance of cherishing life's blessings.
Professionally, Laura was a highly skilled aesthetician who had a true passion for her work. She had an artistic eye and a natural talent for bringing out the beauty in others. Her gentle touch and caring demeanor made her clients feel comfortable and at ease. Laura took great pride in her ability to help people feel confident and embrace their own unique beauty.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Laura was known for her vibrant personality and love for life. She had an infectious energy that brightened any room she entered. Her laughter was contagious, and her presence lit up gatherings with warmth and joy. Laura also had a love of cooking Italian dishes, as well as baking cakes and pastries of all kinds. Her creativity showed in the many crafts and projects she worked on with her children and her creations for special occasions were appreciated by all.
Throughout her battle with metastatic breast cancer, Laura faced each day with grace, strength, and an unwavering determination to never let her illness define her. She inspired those around her with her bravery, optimism, and unwavering faith. Laura's courage and resilience serves as a reminder to all of us to cherish the moments we have and to live each day to the fullest.
Laura Katherine Covello-Quattrociocchi leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and compassion. She will be deeply missed by her family, including her beloved spouse, extended family members, and countless friends whose lives she touched. Though her physical presence may be absent, her spirit will forever live on in the hearts and memories of all those who were fortunate enough to know her.
Laura’s viewing will be held on Thursday, June 29th at Ward Funeral Home, located in Brampton, Ontario, from 2:00PM to 4:00PM EST and 6:00PM to 9:00PM EST. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests those who wish to express sympathy (and remembrances) to consider making a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society for Breast Cancer Research and/or Metastatic Cancer in Laura's memory.
