Following a brief, yet courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Larry passed away peacefully in his home with his loving family at his side on Tuesday October 25th, 2016 at the age of 69. He was the dear son to Michele (predeceased) and Giacomina. Loving husband of Elaine of 32 wonderful years. Proud father of Paul and Stephanie. Cherished brother to Maria (Mark). Born in Italy. Larry immigrated to Canada as a young child where he fell in love, raised his children and created a life the he was proud of. He will be remembered for his strength in the face of adversity. Larry was the kind of man you were lucky to know. He will be deeply missed by his many friends and family.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 4671 Highway #7, Woodbridge (just west of Pinevalley Dr.) on Friday from 2-5 and 6-9 p.m. A mass will be held at St. Margaret Mary Parish (8500 Islington Ave., Woodbridge) at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery (7300 Highway #27, Woodbridge). In Lieu of flowers donations to the Pancreatic Cancer Society would be appreciated.
