Passed away peacefully at the Brampton Civic Hospital on Tuesday, July 1, 2014, at the age of 92. Predeceased by his first wife Rosina.
Beloved husband of Grace. Loving father of Jeannie (Keith) Garton and Catherine Steen-Taylor. Cherished grandfather of Katie (Michael), Richard (Hannah), Raven, Heron, Starling, Crane, Robin. Adoring great-grandfather to Mia and Lillian. Loving stepfather to Tommy (Kathy); step-grandfather to Christopher.
Brother to Alma, May, Fred, Oliver. Ken will be missed by many family and friends in Ontario, Quebec, out West and in the British Isles.
Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville, on Saturday, July 12, 2014 from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. Memorial Service to follow in the Chapel at 1:30 p.m.
