Kenneth Power

POWER, Kenneth Stephen - Passed away peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre on April 15, 2011 in his 87th year. Devoted husband of Joan for 31 beautiful years. Ken will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends. A heartfelt thanks to the doctors and nurses at Headwaters Health Care Centre and to our helpful and supportive neighbours. Ken had a long and successful partnership with his late brother Fred at Power Brothers Service Centres. He was known as a passionate thoroughbred race horse owner. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy. 7 (just west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, 905-851-9100, on Saturday from 6-9 p.m. and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 18, 2011 in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Prospect Cemetery.
