OXLEY, Kenneth Anthony (Tony)
Of Mississauga; passed away suddenly on January 20th in his 59th year after a brief illness in Houston, Texas. Beloved husband of Cheryl Oxley (nee Wood) and loving father of Kendra Oxley. Devoted son of Sheila McHugh and the late Kenneth Oxley; eldest brother of Daniel (Ann-Marie), Andrew, Greg and the late John (Kelly). Son-in- law of Don Wood Sr., brother-in-law of Deborah Brown (Dave), Donald Wood (Betty) and Dwight Wood (Gayle). He will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces and nephews; Christopher, Nicholas, Ryan, Matthew, Janet, Trent, Dana, Blake, Jenna and Colin. Ken was born and raised in Montreal where he graduated from Loyola College in 1974 with an honours degree in business. He spent the majority of his professional career in the banking and insurance industry in Toronto. A celebration of Ken's life will be held Friday, January 29th at 11:30 AM at Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Rd (North of Lawrence Ave. W) Weston, with a reception to follow at Weston Golf and Country Club, 50 St. Phillip's Road. Funeral service will take place in Pointe Claire, Quebec at Saint John Fisher Church, 120 Summerhill Ave, Pointe Claire, on Monday, February 1st at 11 AM.
