After a valiant battle with cancer, Ken died peacefully with his wife Valorie and his family by his side on Monday December 25, 2017 at Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga, ON in his 79th year. Ken, beloved husband and best friend of Valorie for 43 years. Loving father of Roger and his wife Debbie. Dear brother of Beth and her husband Butch Spies. Special brother to Murray, Louise and her husband Ken Brown. Much loved grandfather of Branden and his wife Heidi. Great grandfather of Kaitlyn, Jackson and Bethany. Ken will also be missed by all his nieces, nephews, our dear friend Erica, our like a daughter Donna, and his many friends.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 2035 Weston Road (Just North of Lawrence Ave.) Weston on Friday from 2 – 5 and 7 – 9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 3 pm in the chapel. Followed by cremation.
As an expression of sympathy donations to the Credit Valley Hospital, Oncology Department would be appreciated by the family.
