Kathleen Gail Farrell was a beautiful and enrapturing woman born March 19th, 1946, and is a memorable mother to Robyn and Kelly, appreciative sister to Maureen, and inspirational grandmother to her grandchildren and great- grand children. She passed away peacefully in her sleep at the age of 76.
Kathleen will forever be remembered as the courageous woman who was capable of being a reliable mother, while fighting a continuous war with her mental illness. Although she battled schizophrenia majority of her life, Kathleen always lit up the room and had friends and family laughing. Especially since she would laugh so hard to the point of tears.
She will be remembered for her high spirited energy, very straight forward blunt personality, dazzling dance moves, and fashionable style that caught everyone’s attention.
Kathleen also had an understanding and acceptance of others around her. Family to Kathleen didn’t only mean blood relatives, but we’re also the friends in her life who loved her and had compassion for her and her family.
Kathleen Farrell will forever be cherished and honoured by her friends and family. Knowing her feisty spirit, Kathleen’s soul will be protecting and watching over her family endlessly.
When we lose someone we love, we must not forget and learn to live without them, but instead heal, grow, and live with the love they left behind.
From a quote said by one of Kathleen’s favourite artist…
“If you cannot find peace within yourself, you will never find it anywhere else” -Marvin Gaye
May Kathleen’s soul and mind finally endure peace, and live on in our hearts, minds, and Universe.
