Karin Julie Berger

With profound sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Karin Julie Berger who passed away after a brief illness on July 10, 2024. 

Devoted mother of Erik (Shannon) & Glen (Kim). Cherished grandmother of Liam, Connor, Sascha. Predeceased by her husband Knut Berger. Long time companion of Bill MacDonald. She will be lovingly remembered by her extended family in Norway. 

Her legacy of love & compassion will live on in the hearts of those she touched. Karin’s relationships were transformed by one component: love – the love of her family both in her homeland of Norway as well as her home here in Canada where she had a vast circle of friends.

All are welcome to gather at Ward Funeral Homes Weston Chapel (2035 Weston Road, Toronto) on Sunday July 14, 2024 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
