June Marland Thompson

June Marland Thompson of Brampton was 85 years old when she passed away due to hip and lung complications. 

June was born on June 25, 1938. She was the middle child of three, with a younger brother and older sister. 

June met James (Jim) at the tender age of 15. Married at just 20 years old to the only man she ever loved. They had two children Judy and Amanda Thompson. 

She worked in an office a few times, but she loved to be at home with her children and making her house a beautiful home. June was very artsy and she loved to decorate. 

June is predeceased by her parents George, Julia (Mary) and her sister Yvonne Bailey, as well as her youngest daughter Amanda Thompson. 

She is survived by her husband James Thompson, her daughter Judy LeBar (Thompson), her brother Don Bailey, her Granddaughter Andrea husband (David), her grandson Edward (Eddie), his wife Jolene. She is also survived by her great grandchildren Edward Liam, Vivian, Bella and Valerie. 

The Funeral Service will be held at Ward Funeral Home in Brampton on Saturday March 30, 2024 - Guests will be received from 1:00 p.m. until a the time of service at 2:00 p.m.
