CROWE, June Lily (nee Conacher) —
April 27, 1926 - June 14, 2009
After 83 years of being a loving and
devoted daughter, sister, wife and mother,
June has finally been released from the
ravages of Alzheimer’s and passed away
peacefully at the Trillium Hospital.
Born and raised in Mount Dennis, she
remained a Toronto girl and largely
devoted her life to being a wonderful
homemaker. She was predeceased by her
parents Allister and Lily, sister Audrey
and husband Chuck Gould and leaves behind
to cherish her memory, Fred, her loving
husband and companion of over 60 years,
her sister Carol and husband Norman Edington,
her sons Scott and Wayne, their wives Anne
(Allen) and Karen (Gibbs), her doted on
grandchildren Matthew, Alex, Brian, Sarah,
and Piper the Westie.
Following cremation, all family and friends
are invited to a visitation at 2:00 pm and
memorial service at 3:00 pm at the Ward
Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Rd. on Wednesday
June 17th.
