Joyce Senior

On Saturday April 2, 2011 in Oakville, ON, Joyce Senior (nee Clark) in her 89th year.

Cherished mother of Margaret and her husband Don Rusk, Burlington ON, Gary of Hanover ON and John and friend Colleen of Burlington ON. Beloved Grandmother of Kathleen and Samantha. Predeceased by her loving husband Roy Senior and brothers John and Gordon Clark.

Joyce leaves her sister Margaret and sister-in-law Carol , as well as in England sisters- in- law Anne, Myrtle, Norma and Peggy, and brothers-in-law Shad, John, Ken and Jack.

Joyce was born in Guelph Ontario and lived and worked there until her marriage to Roy in 1955. They then moved to Owen Sound Ontario and raised their family. Joyce was a long time member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in Owen Sound. In their later years, Joyce and Roy moved to Oakville Ontario.

A funeral service will be held at Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds St., Oakville, ON on Thursday, April 7th, 2011 at 11:00 am. Private family interment will be held later at Zion Cemetery, Hepworth, ON.
