Joseph Mazzoli

Passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Friday August 2, 2024 just three days shy of his 81st birthday. Devoted husband of Giuditta for 60 wonderful years. Proud father of John (Natalie), Vito (Adriana), Maria (predeceased) and Josie (Celio) Cherished Nonno of Stefan, Nicholas, Mena, Bianca, Joseph, Joshua, Briana, Luca and Nicole.

Joseph has been reunited with his beautiful daughter Maria.

Joseph and Giuditta’s first meeting was a quite a pleasant surprise for Giuditta. An arranged meeting through one of Joseph’s family friends and coordinated with Giuditta’s parents. That day her mother took her shopping for a dress and encouraged her to try it on. As she came down the stairs she locked eyes with the handsome Joseph. “It was love at first sight.” From that point on the couple were inseparable.

Together they worked hard to build a life for themselves and provide for their family. Giuditta and Joseph’s 60th wedding anniversary would have been celebrated this Thursday August 8th.

Joseph was extremely sociable, he would approach anyone. His sarcastic humor would entertain everyone around. 

He loved all kinds of sports from football, hockey, baseball to playing golf which he was absolutely horrible at.

Joseph would enjoy his quiet times with a cigar.
