Joseph Jackew

Passed away peacefully on April 7, 2015 at his home. He will be greatly missed by his brother Andy, sister Judy, nephews Nick and Brett, and nieces Kim, Stephanie, and Melanie. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 2035, Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave) Weston, on April 11, 2015 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 7:00pm to 9:00pm. A service will be held in the chapel on Sunday April 12, 2015 at 2:00pm with cremation to follow. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Hazel Burns Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
