Jose Da Silva
A devoted family man, guided by his faith, Jose never missed an opportunity to gather with his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He loved to tell stories of the old country, and every year, made his passionate case that the Toronto Maple Leafs will win the Stanley Cup!! He was a humble, peaceful, and happy person loved and respected by everyone and would always extend a helping hand to anyone who needed it.
Jose loved making his famous homemade wine, Portuguese pimenta sauce, and vegetable garden.
Jose is survived by his wife Alda of 57 years; his 3 children, Oliver (Janet), Ilda (Carmine), Manuel; his 8 Grandchildren (Christine, Casondra, Cindy, Jessica, Nikkita, Alexandria, Rachel, and Melissa); his Great Grandchildren (Dominic, Demetre, Daveena, Leila, and Liam).

Funeral Services may also be held at a place of worship with the same 30% capacity mandate. To allow your extended family and friends to offer their condolences, our spacious rooms and chapels continue to allow for social distancing requirements. Wearing of masks, or face coverings, by everyone is mandatory as per the directives of the Bereavement Authority. This includes ALL staff and attendees. Masks will be provided to those guests who may not have their own.
