Jorge Alejandro Sanchez Jarquin

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jorge Alejandro Sanchez Jarquin, who passed away peacefully, with family by his side, on March 25, 2025, at the age of 48. He was a beloved son to the late Edgar Jose Talavera and Olga Maria Talavera. Cherished brother to Olga Maria Sanchez Kiss (Christian Kiss) and Maria Jose Talavera Jarquin (Hector Nieto). Adored uncle to Cristian, Sebastian, Xavier, Gabriela and Maya.

He appreciated movies of all genres, loved swimming and was a camping enthusiast. His love for his family and faith never wavered. His resilience and strength left him nothing short of a hero, our own Superman. 

Though his time with us was brief he left a legacy of kindness, compassion and humility and for all these qualities he will always be remembered.

Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 4671 Hwy 7, Woodbridge (just west of Pine Valley Dr.) on Friday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday April 5, 2025 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe 694 Weston Rd., York, Ontario. Cremation to follow.
