Jordana Stergiadis
Jordana Stergiadis passed peacefully at Humber River Hospital in Toronto on September 28,2020 in her 96th year, predeceased by her loving husband Peter. Jordana is survived by loving children; Chris(Judith), Jim(Elsa) and will be dearly missed by her cherished grandchildren; Peter, Lisa, and Helen. She will be greatly missed by her great grandchildren Chloe and Danny.
