SARTELL, John - With great sadness the family announces the passing of John on Thursday, March 4, 2010 at the Toronto Western Hospital in his 88th year. Dearly beloved husband of the late Eunice. Loving father of Peter (Christine) and Doug (Nancy). Loved Grandad of John Paul, Stephen (Jennifer), David, Colleen and Emily and Great-grandad of Jordan. Dear brother of the late William Sartell and the late Eileen Neilsen. A Memorial Visitation will be held at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Rd. (north of Lawrence Ave. W.), Weston on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A private family service will be held. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or the charity of choice would be appreciated. A Memorial Luncheon will be held on Monday, March 8, 2010 to celebrate John's life.
