Peacefully with family by his side on June 2, 2014 at the age of 83. Loving husband of the late June. Beloved father of Leslie and Diane, Michael and Jill and James and Lisa. Dear grandfather of Jihan, Ashley, Taylor and Leah. Predeceased by his daughter Laurie Ann. Member of the Masonic Lodge 372.

Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home “Brampton Chapel”, 52 Main Street South (Hwy 10), Brampton on Thursday June 5, 2014 from 6-9 pm.
A Celebration of Jack’s life will be held on Friday June 6, 1014 in the chapel at 11 am.
Cremation to follow .
