BRICS, John (Janis) George - The family announces with great sadness his death at Parry Sound Health Centre on November 7, 2009 at the age of 75. Dear husband of Nancy Brics (nee Irvine) for 51 years. Beloved father of Michael (Julie), Angela (Tim) and Kristina (Allen). Dear brother of Nelli (Grenville). Cherished grandfather of Sophie, Cody, Jake, Mariel, William, Brady, Nolan and Lauren. The family will receive friends at the Ward Funeral Home, 52 Main Street South, Brampton (Hwy. No. 10) on Wednesday, November 11, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Life will take place at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, 66A Main Street South, Brampton on Thursday, November 12th at 10:30 a.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
