On Monday, December 13, 2021 surrounded by family in his 87th year and after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's we lost a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and uncle. Son of the late Margaret and Alan Perry and brother of the late George (Budd). He will deeply missed by Sue his devoted and loving wife of 40 years, brothers Douglas and Bob, his children David Perry (the late Lori Perry), Heather Perry (Ford Clapp), Nancy Perry (Scott Maclean Howard), and their loving mother Beverley Wilson. He will remain in the hearts of his granddaughters Sara, Brianna, Robyn, and Hannah, and his great grandchildren André and Mila, his nieces, nephews and many friends.

Jack was born in Montreal, Quebec on January 17, 1935 and filled his life with his love of hockey, golf and his family. He also had a great passion for his career over 45 years in the Canadian electrical / electronic industry, both in manufacturing and distribution, and was often referred to as an icon in the industry. He retired in 2000 from Osram Sylvania.

Wearing of masks or face coverings by everyone remains mandatory as per provincial regulations.
