Peacefully, surrounded by his family at the Humber Memorial Hospital on Friday August 31, 2012, John Acorn at the age of 83. Dearly beloved husband of the late Dorothy.
Loving father of Danny, Rod, Lori (John) and the late Johnny(Patty). Cherished Grandpa of Joella, Kelsey, Haley, Aurora and Alora. Dear brother of Daisy Doherty. Companion to Claudia. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston, on Saturday September 15, 2012 from 1:30pm until A Celebration of life in the chapel at 2:30pm. Cremation has taken place.
