June 16, 1927 – July 22, 2010
Jocelyn ended her battle with ALS peacefully at the Carpenter Hospice with her loving family by her side. Predeceased by her beloved husband Geoffrey (1994), and her daughter Pamela (1955). Proud mother of Stuart (Patricia), Susan (Tom Delahooke), Judy (Chris Saunders), Enid Mackle (Jim) and Ian (Yvonne Cutting). Loving “Grandy” of Geoffrey and Michael Gunn; Julie and Arthur Delahooke; Emily, Lauren and Joel Saunders; Jessica, Benjamin and Alana Mackle; William and Robert Gunn. Beloved sister of Dorothy Eber, Peter (Ann) Harley and Rosalind Harley (predeceased). Jocelyn’s family would like to sincerely thank all the dedicated family, friends and compassionate caregivers who have supported her through this journey.
A Celebration of Jocelyn’s life will be held on Tuesday July 27th, 2010 at 2:00pm at St. Jude’s Anglican Church, 160 Williams Street, Oakville.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to Community Living, Oakville (www.oakcl.org) or the ALS Society of Ontario.
