It is with heavy hearts that the family of Joan Elaine Skinner announce her sudden passing on Friday, September 4th, at the age of 56 years. Joan will be forever loved and remembered by her precious daughter, Samantha Douglas, Scott Douglas, her sisters, Jackie Raposo (Hugo) Janet Skinner, and niece and nephews, Kaylie, Steph, Cameron, Dylan and Frank, and partner, Allan Greene. Joan was predeceased by her parents, John Anderson Skinner and Dorothy Christina Skinner (nee: Aird)
