Joan O'Hara

Passed away on April 8, 2011 at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital.
Beloved mother of William (Bill) and his wife Lisa. Loving, devoted and proud Gooma (grandmother) of Liam, Abigail, Claire and Gillian. Joanie was one of 12 brothers and sisters from Newfoundland. She was predeceased by Patrick O'Hara and leaves many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A celebration of Joan's life will be held at the Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville (905-844-3221) on Sunday, April 10 from 6-8 p.m. and on Monday, April 11 from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Matthew Parish, 1150 Monks Passage, Oakville on Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at 11 a.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Arthritis Society.
