Jessica Da Rocha
November 15, 1983 - August 23, 2023

With heavy hearts we are saddened to announce the passing of Jessica Da Rocha at 39 years old on August 23, 2023 after many years of struggling with her health.

Jessica was a patient, loving person who had a deep love for animals. Despite her many adversities, she remained an active part of the animal rights community; donating and supporting many animal causes.

Her capacity to love was unmatched and her generosity to others knew no boundaries. Challenges with her health prevented her from achieving her full potential and dreams; nevertheless, it never stopped her from trying.

Though her time on earth was short, the impact she had on those she encountered was undeniable. When you think of Jessica celebrate the good memories you have of her. Remember life is fragile and should be lived to the fullest.

She is survived by: Mother Connie Morgan, Fathers Ralph Morgan and Juventino Da Rocha, Grandmother Maria Condinho, Siblings Elizabeth Da Rocha, Anjelica Morgan, Sydnie Morgan, and Emanuel Da Rocha, Nephew Colton McLeod. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
She is predeceased by: Grandparents Jose Condinho, Maria and Mateus Da Rocha, and Aunt Maria Lourdes Santos.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting a donation be made in Jessica’s name to the Humane Society, Liver and/or Kidney foundation.

Visitation will take place on Monday, August 28th, 2023 at Ward Funeral Home, 52 Main Street South, Brampton, from 5:00pm until 9:00pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary's Church, 66A Main Street South, Brampton, on Tuesday, August 29th, 2023 at 10:30am. Cremation to follow.
