COOK, Jeremy Ryan

In his 19th year tragically taken from us on Sunday June 14, 2015. Born in Toronto on November 27, 1996 to parents Fred and Melissa. Jeremy was an outstanding young man with many interests and ambitions and was an inspiration to all that knew him. Jeremy was the younger brother to Daniel and Kayla, with numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and loving grandparents. As a young aspiring carpenter, Jeremy was already paving his path to success.

Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home “Brampton Chapel”, 52 Main Street South (Hwy 10), Brampton on Saturday June 20, 2015 from 7-9 pm and Sunday June 21 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday June 22 at St. Ann’s Roman Catholic Church, 115 Vodden Street East, Brampton at 10:00 am
Cremation to follow.
