At Brampton Civic Hospital on Saturday, June 19, 2010 Jennifer passed away at the age of 42 years. Much loved daughter of Jim and the late mother Margaret (Peggy) Patchett. Jennifer will be sadly missed by her godmother Linda Kreaden and family, Harold Woodside and family, and aunt Marcia and family, Georgina, Sue, Eleanor, Lisa, Steven, Cathie, Elaine and all of their families. Not forgetting all of her friends in Northern Ireland and Canada. Visitors will be received at The Ward Funeral Home 'Brampton Chapel', 52 Main St. S. (Hwy. 10), Brampton from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday. Funeral Service will be held at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church 44 Church St. E., Brampton on Thursday, June 24, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. Cremation to follow.
