Jason Swan "Jay" - Suddenly at home on Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at the age of 32. Loving son of Elizabeth and Bill. Cherished fiancé of Juliana. Dear brother of Nicole. Much loved uncle to Brandon and Angel. Great-uncle to Brooklynn and Kingston. Jay will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his many family and friends in Canada and Scotland. Family will receive friends at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Rd. (north of Lawrence Ave.), Weston on Friday, May 22, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A service celebrating Jay's life will be held in the chapel on Saturday, May 23 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Sanctuary Park Cemetery.
