Passed away peacefully on Monday August 21st, 2017 holding her parents hands. Loving and tender mother of Sarah Thurston. Joyful daughter of Alexandra and Brian. Older and incredible sister of Shelly and her brother Derek. Amazing aunt to Adeline and Brianna. She will be always be remembered and held dearly by her extended family here in Canada, England and Australia. Friends and family will be received at the Ward Funeral Home “Brampton Chapel” 52 Main St. S. , Brampton on Thursday August 31st, 2017 from 6-9pm. Service in the chapel on Friday, September 1st at 11:00 A.M. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospital For Sick Children, Kidney Foundation of Canada, Or Crohn’s and Colitis Canada.
