Peacefully on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at the age of 74. Beloved husband of Arlene for 50 years. Loving father of David. Jay will be lovingly remembered by his sister, Margaret Anthony (Ron), his brothers Ken Clare, Rick Clare, and all his nieces and nephews. He was a proud member of the Perfect Column Masonic Lodge and The Rameses Shriners. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave) Weston, on Friday from 2-4 and 6-9 p. m. A service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at 11a.m. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers , donations to the Rameses Shriners, 3100 Keele Street, Toronto, Ontario, M3M 2H4, would be greatly appreciated.
