Jacob "Jake" White

Peacefully on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Linda. Loving father of Wanda Medeiros and her husband Carlos and Raymond. Devoted Poppy to Ryan, Andrea Lafontaine and her husband Andre, Great Poppy to Aaron, Annabella and April. He will be sadly missed by his siblings the late Bridie Toner, Rita Crocker (Walter), Evelyn Edwards (William, Lilliam Stearsman, Roland White (Melissa), and Goldie Fleming. Jake will also be missed by his furry friends Susie and Charlie. Friends are invited to visit at the Ward Funeral Home, "Brampton Chapel" 52 Main Street South, Brampton on Friday from 5-9 p.m. Funeral Service on Saturday in the Chapel at 1 p.m. Interment Brampton Memorial Gardens.
