Jack passed away peacefully in his sleep, on Saturday September 13, 2014. Predeceased by his beloved wife Evelyn (April 2014). Loving father of Caroline and her husband Gerald Greenberg and Maureen and her husband Jim Smith. Cherished grandpa of Elaine (Chris), Ken (Kari), and Julie (Paul). Adored great-grandpa of Jamie (Brandy), Leanne (Sam), Monica (Ian), Kenny (Jocyelyn) , Rick (Megan), Danielle, Dustin, Dylan, Brooklyn, and the late Cody, and great-great-grandpa of Caleb, Aiden, Deklan, Andrew, and Selina. Jack will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.

Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston, on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2014 at 11am at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, 2100 Jane St., Toronto. A private interment will follow.
