WESTON, Jack - At Credit Valley Hospital on Monday, December 7, 2009 at the age of 58 years. Beloved husband of Violet and loving father of Mark (Kerri) and Karen (John) Silva. Proud and loving grandfather of Justen, Noah, Teagan, Owen, Kian, Breelyn and Carrick. Sadly missed by his father Ron, brothers David (Marie) and Philip (Helen), all of Belfast, N. Ireland and relatives and friends. Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 'Brampton Chapel', 52 Main St. S. (Hwy. 10), Brampton on Thursday 6-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. in the chapel followed by cremation.
