Ivana Giammarco

Ivana Giammarco - July 8, 1963 to September 4, 2017 passed away suddenly on Monday, September 4, 2017 at Humber River Hospital. She will be sadly missed by her sister Lina Baker; Rory Baker (nephew) and wife Melissa Baker; Alicia Baker (niece); her great nieces, Keyahna Austin and Shyleigh Baker; all other extended family members both here and in Italy (too many to mention). Also she will be missed by her friends Joanne, Mary Fisher, Danny Carter, Norman Duckett (predeceased boyfriend), etc. and caregivers at St. George Community and LTC where she resided from 2006 to 2017, as well as her caregivers at her recent residence at Weston Terrace from March 2017 to September 2017. Also we would especially like to thank her doctor, Dr. Fouda and her Specialists and Surgeons at the following hospitals: Toronto General, Mount Sinai, Princess Margaret, Toronto Rehab, and lastly, Humber River Hospital.
